29388 - Send Page uses 100% CPU while waiting for account wizard

DESCRIPTION:  If I go to File|Send Page **and have not yet created a mail
account** I see 100% CPU usage while in the account wizard.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
 1) Start mozilla with a fresh profile
 2) Go to "File | Send Page"
 3) Click OK on the dialog that asks about setting up accounts
 4) Cancel out of the account wizard

ACTUAL RESULTS:  From the moment the dialog comes up saying the account wizard
needs to be started to the moment when I cancel out of the account wizard, the
little CPU meter in the corner of my screen shows 100% CPU usage.

EXPECTED RESULTS:  Normal CPU Usage.

DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY ON:
 * Linux mozilla 2000-02-25-08-M15

no, this seems to be true of all modal dialogs (the password dialog does the
same thing)

Same root cause as bug 28100.

VERIFIED FIXED.  This is working for me using build 2001021408 on RedHat 7.0
