This Problem is not only caused at deviantart, on most other pages with i got
this problem too. In iexplore the menu is full popped down, no scolling is needed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click somewhere into the menu to open it and scroll a bit up or down.

Actual Results:  
Menu flickers and has to be scrolled

Expected Results:  
Internet Explorer pops the Menu down completely and doesnt cause flicker.

Marking RESOLVED WORKSFORME as some such flickering problems have been fixed on
the trunk for a while now.

Yes, no flicker on trunk. Please test with trunk build before filing layout
bugs, thanks.
