Currently if the page is loading and you click on "print preview" menu
item, a dialog box appears telling you to wait until the pages is fully
loaded.  It would be simpler (and more user-friendly) to simply disable
(grey out) the print preview menu item while the page is loading.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.load a long page
2.while the page is loading select "print preview" menu item
3.a dialog box comes out to tell you unable to preview until the page is loaded

This is rather an enhancement suggestion than a bug report.  The current
function works well, though.  So please close this "bug".  Thanks.
