293895 - quick time images from patent files do not completely load

If you do a patent search and go to a specific patent number, the images
associated with that file are Quik Time still images.  The seem to load
partially in random amounts.  Probelm is not present with MS INT explorer.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.do as reported above any patent will do

Actual Results:  
images only load partially in random and not reproducable amounts.  The amount
the image loads can be altered by hitting refresh.

Expected Results:  
Loaded the images fully

I do not know of other sites that use this format so I do not know if it has to
do with Firefox handling the QT files or something specific to the USPTO.gov site.
