The News and Status pages have links to http://www.bugzilla.org/changes/ for the
Changelog, which gives a 404 Error. Should be
http://www.bugzilla.org/status/changes.html .

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Browse to http://www.bugzilla.org/news/ or
http://www.bugzilla.org/status/2005-05-11.html .
2. Click the link for <a href="http://www.bugzilla.org/changes/">Changelog</a>
on the former, or <a href="http://www.bugzilla.org/changes/">Changes page</a> on
the latter. Each link points to http://www.bugzilla.org/changes/

Actual Results:
See the pretty 404 Not Found error.

Expected Results:
Taken me to the Changes page, found at http://www.bugzilla.org/status/changes.html .
