Before the Flag Selected button, the sentence is currently: "To Flag comments
for review by Mozilla Update Staff for review, select the comment and choose
"Flag Selected"."

1) The second word should not be capitalized.
2) "for review" appears twice.

A possible fix would be "To flag comments for review by Mozilla Update Staff,
select the comment and choose "Flag Selected"."

Page sucks, this bug would probably be INVALIDed shortly anyway when stuff's rewritten, but hey, I was bored, and resolving it now is better than resolving it later.
