At the main moreinfo page:
1) The "Read All Opinions" link has two ampersands before page=comments
2) The comment permalinks on the page just have a href="#permalink" unlike the
ones after clicking on Read All Opinions.

At the Read All Opinions page (page=comments):
3) The top Next link doesn't work (missing "&id=" before the $id at
http://lxr.mozilla.org/update1.0/source/extensions/moreinfo.php#593)
4) Comment permalinks are not really permalinks because the comments are sorted
by descending date and the last comment on page 1 will move to page 2 if a
comment is added.

According to tH, because AMO2 is a rewrite, this bug wasn't "fixed" as such, but it's certainly no longer open :)
