Please add a approval UMO 1.1 flag for the Update component.  Anything that is
going to land needs kveton's approval.

You need kveton's approval or keveton's review? Also, are you talking about
approval at the bug level or approval at the patch level. 

Scott, can you explain the policy a bit here so I can give you guys the most
appropriate bugzilla tools available?
Any code that is going to land on the UMO branch requires his approval.  I would
probably say this is bug level.
What is the point of this?
I'm not even sure why this was created or what the purpose is.  I'm closing this
bug as it appears its not needed (at least from my point of view its not).
