http://7432077.com/ is a phishing site that hogs focus of the browser.. when you
enter the site... you cannot put the mouse caret in the address bar and search
bar... you can view source but the view-source window immediately losses
focus... you cannot type in other forms in different tabs

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://7432077.com/
2. try putting mouse caret in address bar, search bar
3. go to other tabs and try to put data in forms

Actual Results:
cannot put mouse caret in address bar, search bar, and other form in other tabs.
View source window immedietly loses focus and the window cannot gain focus....

Expected Results:
javascript in a website should not affect the mouse caret of the address bar and
search bar... javascript in a website shouldn't also affect the form in other
website in different tabs... javascript should also affect the focuses of other
windows of the browser....
The relevant code is:
  window.onfocus=MyFocus;
  window.onblur=MyBlur;

  function MyBlur(){
    flag=1;
    clearTimeout(to);
    to=setTimeout("Ticker()", 100);
  }

  function MyFocus(){
    flag=0;
  }

  function Ticker(){
    if (flag==1) {window.focus();}
    to=setTimeout("Ticker()", 100);
  }

  Ticker();

Seems like it's working as designed to me; the only way to avoid this would be
to put some limit on the number of times or the speed at which a web page can
call window.focus(). And that might break existing apps.

As DOSes go, it's not bad. All you have to do is close the window.
