293950 - enter bug product failure messages suboptimal

The messages displayed when a user cannot enter a bug into a product could use
minor grammatical improvements:

The message for componentless products should be:

Sorry, the product <product> has to have at least one component in order for you
to enter a bug into it.  Please contact <maintainer> and ask them to add a
component to this product.

The message for disabled products should be:

Sorry, entering bugs into the product <product> has been disabled.

The message for confidential products should be:

Sorry, either the product <product> does not exist or you aren't authorized to
enter a bug into it.

Cool, looks to do what myk wanted. You even modified similar version error too.
:) Tested on both 2.20 branch and trunk.
