Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511 Firefox/1.0.4
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511 Firefox/1.0.4

Firefox 1.0.4 does not respond to any middle clicking in Mac OS X, including
when trying to open a link in a new tab, or to start page scrolling, but Firefox
1.0.3 responded to middle clicks fine. (I have checked about:config settings,
and checked while running a new profile. Also, the OS is still responding to
middle clicking).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Ensure that about:config settings are set to enable middle-click actions
(e.g. browser.tabs.opentabfor.middleclick, etc.)
2. Middle-click any webpage link, or an empty area of a webpage

Actual Results:
Nothing

Expected Results:
Should have opened link in new tab, or enabled "scrolling mode", etc. (i.e.
responded to middle-click)

OS: Mac OS 10.4 (Tiger)
Mouse: Microsoft Wheelmouse Optical USB

This bug is not occuring in Windows builds of 1.0.4
