User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511 Firefox/1.0.4 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511 Firefox/1.0.4 Firefox 1.0.4 does not respond to any middle clicking in Mac OS X, including when trying to open a link in a new tab, or to start page scrolling, but Firefox 1.0.3 responded to middle clicks fine. (I have checked about:config settings, and checked while running a new profile. Also, the OS is still responding to middle clicking). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Ensure that about:config settings are set to enable middle-click actions (e.g. browser.tabs.opentabfor.middleclick, etc.) 2. Middle-click any webpage link, or an empty area of a webpage Actual Results: Nothing Expected Results: Should have opened link in new tab, or enabled "scrolling mode", etc. (i.e. responded to middle-click) OS: Mac OS 10.4 (Tiger) Mouse: Microsoft Wheelmouse Optical USB This bug is not occuring in Windows builds of 1.0.4
There is no patch of bug151249 in branch. In the meaning of wanting you to apply patch of bug151249 to branch, it might be bug293361 dup.
