The "Print" command after start of firefox alway uses the "Letter" format
although other formats like "A4" might be selected as default by the system.
This is really a problem for European users.

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
Firefox should use the predefined settings for printing.
Workaround in bug 118563 comment 89.
