In the page detailed there appears a blue menu at the top of the page.  I am
using Firefox as IE refuses to open and it was recommended.  The menu does not
appear at all in Firefox. I downloaded the nightly build and it doesn't show
there either.  I have no idea how to fix the problem or what to look for.

That page makes a very bad attempt at javascript browser detection, and as a
result only works in older versions of Netscape and in Internet Explorer. The
solution would be to upgrade the menu script to something that works in all
browsers.

David, do you think you could email the webmaster and let him know about this issue?
