does not mention the existence of
http://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-1.0.4-update&os=win&lang=en-GB

This means that en-GB people checking for the Firefox 1.0.4 update are not
getting it. This is causing confusion in my office, at least. I don't know if
the problem is occurring for other localisations.

Gerv
Gerv, we collect update problems to 1.0.4 in bug 293824 an german (de-DE) is
also affected. I'll dupe this one.

Reopening. Nothing has been done, and the en-GB.rdf link is now 404ing! This
needs looking at ASAP, please.

Gerv, you should know that the en-GB update RDF will be made live once the RDF
itself is tested. Bug 293824 tracks this. Since you are an en-GB user, why
don't you certify the test RDF using the instructions in bug 293824 and note
there that the en-GB update is valid/invalid?

If it's valid, it'll be made live in the next batch of changes.
Summary: en-GB update is available but not listed in RSS feed → en-GB update is available but not listed in update RDF

Product: Firefox → Mozilla Localizations
Depends on: fx104l10n-update
Chase: I didn't realise that was the situation. I assumed that the guy who made
the en-GB 1.0.4 packages was responsible for checking that they worked, and that
he had done it.

To do the required testing, I need to reboot into Windows. I'll try and make
time to do so this evening.

This can be marked fixed as per bug 293824 comment #44.
