when trying to add an arbitrary page as bookmark, the dropdown list offers only
5 folders for where to store the bookmark, altough there are more.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
0.create >5 folders in bookmarks
1.ctrl-d
2.click on the folder dropdown arrow

Actual Results:  
cannot choose the wanted folder sometimes

Expected Results:  
show all of the folders
This is by design.
