certain pages capture all mouse down events, making it impossible to bring up
the navigation dialog.  this is an alternative

Reproducible: Always

Attachment: patch to add the association

hard code associations, this should be in a configuration dialog or file.

brad, I checked this in to the mozilla/widget code:
