If you uninstall or disable an extension in safe mode, then all extensions will
not work when you start firefox normally.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch firefox in safe mode.
2. Disable or uninstall an extension.
3. Restart firefox.

Actual Results:  
No extensions are functional. If you disabled the extension then it will appear
disabled in the em. If you uninstalled then it will still be in the em, marked
as uninstalling on next restart.
Enabling/disabling the extension and restarting fixes the problem.


Expected Results:  
Other extensions should start working again after loading firefox normally.

The patch in bug 293548 fixes this issue and it is a different aspect of the
issue with the description not being updated when enabling or disabling.

This bug was fixed by the checkin of the patch in bug 293548
