.asx playlist pages no longer close and return to original url originating page

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. click on .asx link
2. .asx page opens
3. media player opens and loads audio stream
4. .asx page does not close have to do it manually
Actual Results:  
.asx page loads but does not close and return to originating URl

Expected Results:  
Close .asx page and return to orginating URL page

This bug is still evident in 2.0

I run a large media site (www.radionz.co.nz), and I get complaints about this often.

We try to make it simple for people to play these files, and as such cannot recommend they switch to firefox. Yet. But we'd like to.

Any chance of a fix in the near future?
