294138 - Program WallpaperChanger causes "bookmarks Toolbar Folder" to dissapear on cycling

The program WallPaperChanger (http://www.wallpaperchanger.de/) causes FF's
"bookmarks Toolbar Folder" to dissapear on wallpaper cycle.  You have to restore
FF and cycle the wallpaper again (with WallpaperChanger) the "bookmarks Toolbar
Folder" comes back.  I've notified the owner of WallpaperChanger, but I suspect
it's a Firefox problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run Wallpaper Changer and set to cycle wallpaper
2. Start Firefox and minimize.
3. Wait through a couple of wallpaper changes.
4. Restore FF and you'll see that the "bookmarks Toolbar Folder" is missing.
Actual Results:  
"bookmarks Toolbar Folder" is missing

Expected Results:  
"bookmarks Toolbar Folder" should not be missing

Disappears as in "only the '>>' is showing, although all the bookmarks are in
it"? That sounds like just another way of triggering bug 266737 (is the
wallpaper changer switching resolutions? not even another way, then).

And indeed, testing it without and then with the patch there says it is a duplicate.
