You should be able to set a Live Bookmark as your Bookmarks Toolbar Folder. This
would be convienient for users of del.icio.us and similar services, because this
would allow users to create a tag -For example bookmarksbar- and have those
links appear on their Bookmarks Toolbar.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add Live Bookmark
2. Select Edit->Set as Bookmarks Toolbar Folder in Bookmarks Manager

Actual Results:  
You discover that you can't and submit a feature request in bugzilla

Expected Results:  
Changed your bookmarks toolbar folder to the Live Bookmark
