Firefox would not open properly with my new cable ISP Comcast 5/06/05. Had to
shut it down and reboot.
IE works and so does Mozilla. Firefox became unstable and NEVER worked
properly...just wouldn't load pages or took forever. Updated to new fix 5/13/05
now Firefow just won't load ANY pages. Nothing Nada. A nice white screen with
an address bar.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:
nothing again and again. tried to un-install and re-install same thing no page

Expected Results:
loaded a page....
What happens if you run firefox in safe-mode?

I suspect an extension is causing a problem, and you will need to go into
firefox's safe mode and uninstall the extension that is causing this.
Or you could make a new profile to see if that fixes the problem

Tried safe mode and no change... NO page will load. It also tells me a copy of
Firefox is already running when I try to un-install. I have to reboot then use
XP's un-installer(In reply to comment #1)

This is an automated message, with ID "auto-resolve01".

This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.

While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we
are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce
this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a
copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and
you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug
(given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more
reproduction information if you have it.

If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not
changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved.
Thank you for your help in this matter.
