Every time I entered a new web site there is no bckground color, tool bars have
no separators

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.enter a new web site in firefox browser
2.

Actual Results:  
same every time

Expected Results:  
each web page should have  a bckground color plus toolbars should show
separators bars

didn't have this before I downloaded firefox 1.0.4
Do you get the same problem if you run Firefox in the savemode ?
