294226 - Titles need to be further truncated in the Go, Window menus

Bug 155920 supposedly truncated bookmark titles in the bookmarks menu, windows
menu, and go menu.  They are apparently truncated at different widths, though,
and in the Go menu the titles are quite wide, wider than in the Bookmarks menu.
 Looking at the Go menu and a submenu (e.g., earlier today) takes up roughly
half my screen.

Bookmark menu seems to be truncated at about 62 characters.  Go and Windows
menus seem to be truncated at about 81 characters, which is too wide.

Both Go and Bookmarks truncate to 80 chars.

i made the go menu truncate at 50chars. anything more and the OS will truncate
submenus even more on my 15" widescreen laptop, which makes them even less useful.
