I could'nt succeed (some errors messages, and no hours were imported)

I noticed that the csv file exported from Outlook had two "DĂ©but" and two "Fin"
fields (in fact related to date and time). 
So I changed the name of the second fields, and restored the mapping in the
import dialog of Calendar.....and got a perfect import.

Expected Results:  
not really a bug; just a little explanation to include somewhere. May happen in
other languages?

Well! It seems to me that it's up to you to give the follow-up you think adequate.
None of the oportunities offered seems perfectly adequate. I can just confirm
that it happened (and that I managed the situstion), so I change from
Unconfirmed to confirmed.

If someone tells me that some addendum has been made in some readme, I would
consider it as Solved.....an option which is not presented here.

In fact I know understand that the "bug" is just a matter of characters page code.
So I checked Resolve bug changing resolution to fixed......just in order not to receive any other mail about this topic....but I definitely doesn't understan how these bugs are managed

Please provide a sample CSV export file from a french Outlook version. 

You may want to test the patch for \js\calOutlookCSVImportExport.js from https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=359083
As I wrote sooner, I consider this bug as resolved and classified (and just continue to not understand how the bug system is controlled.
Moreover, I have non longer Outlook at hand.
