when you start a drap and drop, javascript timeout freeze and animated gifs
don't refresh.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open www.gmail.com
2.start a drag and drop, the timer to update the capacity stop to update.
3.

Actual Results:  
the javascript timer stops

Expected Results:  
the javascript timer and the animated gifs contnu to refresh
