Details
As summarized; I'd expect adding a new word to the dictionary to affect my existing spell-as-I-type display. (I didn't realize at first that this was the problem, I was just confused when one instance of "MoFo" was underlined and the others weren't.)

I am seeing this on windows Tbird trunk as well -Open a message compose window -Type Mofo + (return) a few times (note inline spell check red underline) -Click Spell -In the spell check dialog when Mofo is captured as misspelled, Click Add Word, then Close the dialog -Note that all the intances of Mofo are still red underlined -Click in one of the Mofo's then click away. Notice that the red underline for that instance disappears.

mscott just showed me that using the context menu for inline spell check to add the word to the dictionary will dynamically update(remove the red underline)from all of the instances of that added word.

I can reproduce the symptom in TB 1.5, but in 2a1-0604, it does appear to be working correclty.
