If you have a long list of bookmarks that extends from the top of the screen to
the bottom of the screen, dragging a bookmark to the bottom of the list over the
scroll arrow causes a circle with a line through it icon and the menu to
collapse.  I am referring to the bookmarks menu on the menu bar (between go and
tools), not the bookmarks manager bookmark list.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a bookmark list that is long enough to cause a down scroll arrow to
appear when you click on the bookmarks menu.  The bookmarks list will extend
from the top of the screen to the bottom.
2. Select the bookmarks drop-down menu on the menu bar.
3. Select-hold-and drag a bookmark to the bottom of the bookmarks list and
position it over the down scroll arrow.

Actual Results:  
1) A circle with a line through it icon appears.
2) The bookmarks menu collapses

Expected Results:  
The bookmarks menu should scroll with the drag allowing the user to deposit the
bookmark further down in their list.

This bug continues to appear in Firefox nightly trunk build 20050514.

Actually, it's both bug 240709 (the actual Firefox bug) and bug 194319 (which
keeps collecting Firefox patches for some reason), though it sounds like Neil
wants bug 194319 to be a Core bug to fix them both.
