There's been a bunch of talk recently on Glazeman's blog about the number of
extensions listed on UMO that seemingly violate the Mozilla trademark policy. 
While everyone is unsure of what action should be taken on the existing stuff in
there (nobody's come and said anything yet) it seems like this would be
something we could future-proof against by adding a trademark usage review queue
on UMO 2.0.

What I'm envisioning is a checkbox or a button on the review panel for the
existing reviews done by the UMO staff that says "flag this item for a trademark
review".  If the reviewer thinks there might be any question at all about it,
they check the box or click the button, and it moves the extension/theme out of
the normal review queue, and into a trademark review queue, and shoots an email
to [e-mail] to let them know it's there.  Then whoever is
representing the licensing folks can be given an account with privileges to
approve or deny the extension/theme based on trademark usage.  A denial would
remove the extension from all queues and use the normal method of mailing the
author to inform them it got rejected and why.  Approval by licensing would move
it back to the normal reviewer queue, but add a note to it that the trademark
usage was approved.

I don't think we need a trademark-specific queue once we can effectively flag things as needing "escalated review".

Depends if admins are experts on trademarks. I thought we needed some sort of involvement from lawyer type people on this...
