Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a site that has an upload facility
2. Click Browse to choose a file to upload.
Actual Results:
seperate window came up with an error, instead of the filebrowser

Expected Results:
Shown a list of local files to upload.
Do you get the same error if you run Firefox in the safemode ?
I am not sure.

I am running Gentoo at the moment, and have downgraded to Firefox 1.0.3 and it
works ok. How do i run firefox in safe mode? I can try updating again, and then
trying in safe mode.
"firefix -safe-mode"
And Do you use gentoo builds or builds from Mozilla.org ?
We accept only bugs from Mozilla.org builds....
This was with the Gentoo build. I will try reinstalling 1.0.4 from a mozilla
build and see if it replicates the issue.
