RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 219250

Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041217
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041217

The Print and Print Preview functions in Mozilla Mail (1.7.5) load and display
remote images even though the "Preferences>Privacy & Security>Images>Do not load
remote image in Mail & Newsgroup messages" item is checked.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Preferences, make sure the "Privacy & Security>Images>Do not load remote
image in Mail & Newsgroup messages" item is checked.
2. Open an HTML mail message that contains an image from a remote server.
Notice that the image is (properly) blocked on the screen display of the message.
3. From the File menu, select "Print Preview"

Actual Results:
The image that was blocked onscreen appears in the print preview pane.
This also happens with "File>Print...", without previewing first.

Expected Results:
The message should have been blocked in the print preview display just as it was
onscreen.

This is a privacy bug. If I choose to print a sample of a junk email that
evaded both my ISP's filters and Mozilla's, that action potentially tells those
spammers that my email address is valid and gives them my IP address at the same
time.
