Sometimes when uploading file using POST, Firefox leaves the file open on my
local system until I close Firefox, even a long time after the upload is complete

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. upload file using POST on mozilla
2. try to delete the file
3. about one in five times, you'll get a "file in use" error until you close Firefox
