Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050510

Example: When a Mac user sends a Word or Excel file to a Windows users, they
often fail to add a file extension. Mozilla Mail DOES know the file type and -
if the filename is carryinhg no extension - the Windows version of Mozilla Mail
should add it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Receive a Word document without a ".doc" at the end
2. Save the attachment.
3.
Actual Results:
You get a file without a file extension and, therefore, mysteriously cannot open it!

Expected Results:
Append .doc to the filename.
