User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511 Firefox/1.0.4 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511 Firefox/1.0.4 I keep my personal mail on my imap server at home. Wherever I go, I can then connect and read it. Certain remote systems I trust as long as I'm using them, but they can be rotated without warning. Though the next user can't login to my mail server, all of my folders, subject lines and correspondents *are* there. It wouldn't surprise me if some messages were cached as well. I would like the following options to increase security: 1. Forget password (effectively logout and stop checking mail on the server) 2. Either encrypt retained information using the password (which would require a way to specify it separately in case the password is changed on the server, so you could still get the data encrypted to a previous password, or else it could just forget it all and start over), or to purge the retained information on logout. 3. Similar to the certificate password timeout, set a timelimit for doing the above automatically. Reproducible: Always

Statistically, we have found that bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.
