With each Firefox update there are some default searchplugins copied to the
searchplugin folder. The installer doesn't check if a searchplugin is present or
modified, so a user that doesn't use the default plugins has to manually search
and delete the default plugins to keep the list tight.

This is annoying since it's the only post-update user action that is necessary.
With a better approach, updating would be more transparent with retaining the
user settings.

The installer could handle this like that:
- checking by filename if a searchplugin is present
- displaying the list of present searchplugins and the ones to install
- giving the user checkboxes to decide of a searchplugin should be
copied/updated or not

This could be done with a dedicated option dialog in the custom installation
process.
