When using the Rich-text toolber in Hotmail on IE it displays fine. It is used
in the signature as well as in the body of the email. I have set up a basic html
signature in IE for my hotmail account. 
When I log into Hotmail on Firefox, and then open a new message the signature is
displayed as HTML code and not in the formatted way as in IE. If I go through
the options "Options - Mail - Personal Signature" it displays the same HTML code
btu the "Tick box" to display the Rich-Text toolbart is missing.

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
Displayed the signature correclty as well as the option to turn the Rich-text
toolder on/off.
