This seems to work OK when the default button is "Close", but it does NOT seem to work when the highlighted button is "Replace". Reproducible: Always
I confirm this symptom under TB 1.0.2, but it has been fixed in current trunk builds; download a nightly build to test it yourself, or wait for TB 1.1 to be released.
