I didn't like where I put it, and then I tried to add something else (successfully). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Right click on toolbars. 2. Select Customize 3. Drag items to File Toolbar 4. Close Customize Toolbar. 5. Redo Step 1 6. Try to pull items off of File Toolbar. Actual Results: Items on the File Toolbar aren't movable and are "Frozen" in place. They still function, but the won't move anywhere. Expected Results: Items should have been able to be dragged back to the Customize Toolbar.

This happened with the Yahoo! Toolbar Installed and Yahoo! components added. Unstalled the Yahoo! Toolbar extension, and problem was fixed. Reinstalled the Yahoo! Toolbar extension and all is well, and the components didn't reappear. PROBLEM SOLVED.
