I one wishes to include the email adress it has to be typed in every time a
report is submitted.

My thoughts on this:

There should *not* be an option regarding whether to save entered addresses. 
Instead, saving what's entered should be the default behavior.  The email box
should autocomplete with any stored information from previous submissions, and
the only way to selectively dele saved email address information should be to
use Shift+Del to remove the information and then cancel Reporter.  The
information should also be clearable via Options->Privacy->Saved Forms.  (I
think this comes with the autocomplete implementation, but don't quote me.)

I'm rather ignorant in terms of autocomplete and how it works...

I think this is post 1.1, unless I get some free time, or someone steps up to
take this one.
