What gives?!

I start Foxfire and it re-directs me to its page, wipes out my homepage, my
bookmarks, many other
settings!

If I wanted this ****, I would have stayed w/ Microsoft Explorer.

Reproducible: Didn't try
Soory we don't accept bugs from old builds and you are using "Firefox/0.10.1"
which is the old Firefox 1.0 Prerelease.

It could be that FF still runs in the background (only as process) and after you
tried to start Firefox again, it created a new default profile.
rebotting and/or killing the still running Firefox process in the Taskmanager
should solve this,

-> invalid
