Sometimes I just want to download and install a program, and not bother to save it first. Of course, firefox should offer a security warning, but the whole idea is letting the user do what he or she wants, right? Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:

Note that you can open the file by selecting "Open" in the download manager, once the download is completed.
