firefox should offer its users the chance to download and execute files
directly.  Sometimes I just want to download and install a program, and not
bother to save it first.  Of course, firefox should offer a security warning,
but the whole idea is letting the user do what he or she wants, right?

Note that you can open the file by selecting "Open" in the download manager,
once the download is completed.
