In the Afrikaans installer for Firefox 1.0.4, clicking Cancel leads to the Exit
Setup dialog, but the encoding used for the message is incorrect.

The relevant section from the
toolkit/locale/af-ZA/installer/windows/install.properties is below:

DLGQUITTITLE=Sluit Opstellingsprogram af
DLGQUITMSG=U het nie $ProductName$ klaar geïnstalleer nie. As u nou die
Opstellingsprogram afsluit, sal $ProductName$ nie geïnstalleer word nie. Is
u seker u wil die Opstellingsprogram kanselleer?

The ï is meant to be a "LATIN SMALL LETTER I WITH DIAERESIS" but instead
appears as a sequence of A with a Tilde (Ã) and a macron (¯) that
seems to imply that it has been encoded in UTF-8 but displayed as iso-8859-1

I'll attach a screenshot
This is a configuration error, the codepage is set to ANSI_CHARSET (CP1252) but
the messages are in UTF-8. I'll use this bug to track fixing it, so accepting
this...
