It now says "the following updates are available" and for each extension or theme "XXXX version Z.Z.Z". It should say "XXXX: version Y.Y.Y installed, version Z.Z.Z available". So you know that you'll update XXXX from Y.Y.Y to Z.Z.Z. Thanks. Reproducible: Always
Hey Ben, what do you think of this bug? Is it something you want to do, or should we mark it WONTFIX?
sound like a good idea, properly informing the user about what he is going to update to.
Flags: blocking1.8b5?
As far as extensions go, this is already fixed for latest branch and trunk. Another question is does it make much difference what version they are updating to, so long as they are going to a newer version?
not a big enough win for this point, telling the user what they're updating to is enough.

This ui has been gone for quite some time though it *might* still be nice to add the current version of the application. If you still think we should do this please file a new bug based on the current ui. resolving -> wontfix since the ui asked to be changed is no longer applicable.
