User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050518 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050518 Any page will suffice for this bug. I never had this problem until upgraded to the Beta version of Mozzila. Every web page that you go reports "No Menu Item." On some pages, the error occurs only once whereas other sites the error is repeated for about 3-5 times. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to any Web cite 2. Error will appear "No Menu Item 3. Error might repeat itself several times per page. Actual Results: After the error "No Menu Items" is reported, the web page acts normally. I am having some trouble with the pop-up manager allow certain sites to show pop-ups; but that happened only today wheras the error being reported has occurred for several day. Expected Results: The web page should have loaded the web site without any error message. I do not know what "No Menu Item" means so I can not say really what more subtle thing the browser is or is not doing. This bug occurs for the latest build 2005051805. But I upgraded today so the first build that the problem occurred I do not know now.

You probably need to check the FAQ sheet and other troubleshooting resources for Firefox. In case the problem that you have is either due to an extension directly, or an incompatibility between the new Firefox and an older extension, you might want to confirm that the problem exists if you use a completely new profile (no extensions, no themes). If you look on mozillazine, you will find a forum that deals with this very clearly. You should also note that there may be substantial differences in usability between trunk builds (the Beta version you speak of) and release builds.
WFM Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050521 Reporter, please try a more recent nightly build with a new profile (and no extensions) and report back the result.

This is an automated message, with ID "auto-resolve01". This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code. While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug (given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more reproduction information if you have it. If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved. Thank you for your help in this matter.
