Insert the CD, Firefox starts up on the CD book's home page.
Click on "Introduction" and scroll down to the "Setting Your Preferences" area.
Scroll down to the paragraph that starts "To change the size of images ...".
The sample image does not display 

As a second issue, if you follow the book's instructions and click in the
"images" area, Firefox will hang.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert the CD, Firefox starts up on the CD book's home page.
2. Click on "Introduction" and scroll down to the "Setting Your Preferences"
area.  Scroll down to the paragraph that starts "To change the size of images ...".
The sample image does not display 

3. As a second issue, if you follow the book's instructions and click in the
"images" area, Firefox will hang.




Expected Results:  
displayed the sample image.

After scanning your open bug list, I checked that my preference Content>Load
Images was checked correctly.

I think that the author Scott Meyers would have coded his end correctly.

I listed this as Major severity, since the CD Book is useless without viewing
the images.

The demo website has the same problem.
