On this webpage, scrolling down causes an ever growing area space to appear
between the upper and the bottom part of the page grows which every click on the
scrollbar.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Surf to the URL http://www.vandenborre.be/ecom/app/ecom.vdb?CALL=SHOP&TAAL=1
2. Scroll down using the scroll down button of the right scrollbar
3. Notice how the space between the upper and the bottom part of the page grows
which every click

Actual Results:  
The space between the upper and the bottom part of the page grows which every click

Expected Results:  
Not allow to increase this empty space.

Using a scrollmouse gives the same effect.
After some scrolling, you'll notice the white area to grow with each scroll.

This behaviour doesn't occur on my machine with IE 6.0.
