On http://www.plainsfaith when you browse over the popup menu located on the 
left hand side, the courser turns into a hand but when the sub-catagory opens 
and you want make a selection the curser doesn't change into a hand to indicate 
its a link.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to menu on left hand side
2.run mouse over categories, observe the curser changes to a hand indicating 
alink
3.When you click on the category, the sub category "pops up" to reveal other 
options
4. when you mouse over these options the curser doesn't change into a little 
hand indicating page is linked.

Actual Results:  
The curser didn't change to a hand on the sub categories.  People don't realize 
to click on the pages because the curser remains normal doesn't show linked pge

Expected Results:  
When the pop up menu opens and you mouse over the pages, the curser should 
change into a little hand to show the link is active -- to show user to click 
and go to subcategory page.

This is because of the way the site is coded. The items in submenus are not
really links and there's no attempt on part of the author to make them look like
a link.
