294705 - vet Firefox Aviary-1.0.1 Windows binaries from pacifica

A new build system named pacifica is online and building Firefox Aviary-1.0.1
binaries.  We need to take a look at the binaries it produces.  If we find that
the binaries are of equal quality to sweetlou's, I will replace sweetlou's
Aviary-1.0.1 cycle with pacifica's.  This will shorten the amount of time it
takes to build Windows binaries on the branch.

A set of Aviary-1.0.1 binaries from this system can be found at:

Great.  I've moved pacifica's build over to the Aviary-1.0.1 tree and
reconfigured sweetlou so it's no longer doing release builds.

I tested on Win2K and things looked good there. Win98 next.
