/roadmap/index.html isn't serving any useful purpose at the moment, since it's
just linking to old roadmaps and the FAQ -- which the main roadmap does anyway.
It would make more sense for roadmap.html to be in its place, so everything
roadmap is in the /roadmap/ folder. Therefore I propose:

   - justdave nukes /roadmap/index.html and moves roadmap.html (with CVS history)
     to replace it
   - I fix the links, set up a redirect, and remove /roadmap.html

Do we still want this to happen?
We want some fixes here, but probably not of the forms summarized in this bug (though the premise of the bug remains, sadly, completely correct). I'll take the bug and resummarize, since I'm signed up for this work anyway.

The roadmap content on www.mozilla.org has been archived and redirects have been set up to point to the roadmap content on the wiki at

https://wiki.mozilla.org/Roadmap_Scratchpad

If there are updates to make to the wiki version of the roadmap, please open another bug. If there are updates to make to the redirects or to the links on www.mozilla.org pointing to the roadmap, feel free to reopen this bug.
