My Extensions window shows only DOM Inspector after a crash. The installed
extensions are still working but the list is blanked. I can not install more
extensions and I cannot upgrade my current extensions.

I had this crash in Firefox/1.0.3 and tried upgrading to Firefox/1.0.4. I have
upgraded to Firefox/1.0.4 as you can see but I still miss my Extensions... :(

It's probably some kind of profile corruption. Try if it works with a clean
profile. You may want to first check if it works in Safe mode. You can get help
with that on forums.mozillazine.org

If there is a non-extension bug that's causing this, more details are needed in
order to investigate/fix it. If you can provide more technical details as to how
to reproduce the bug or similar, please reopen it.
