The CSS is not working, and I tried the steps you have listed at http://www.mozilla.org/docs/web-developer/faq.html#stylenotworking. Please help!

The CSS for all of the text does not work. The images work, but the text is 
off center. It's not all over the place, just about an inch north of where it 
should be.

Reproducible: Always
the line height appears to be the problem. On your divs like #news, #sex etc,
set line-height: 1.0 in your css and see if that helps.
Site appears to be "working" inasmuch as things don't look off-center.
